We are pleased to announce the Danbro Online Timesheet System (DOTS).

The main features of the system are a follows:

Ability to set up and change your contract details, timesheets and expenses.

Once you have set up the contract and entered details into the timesheet and expenses form, you will be able to edit the details of these until you finally decide to submit them for processing by Danbro. This means that you can daily, weekly or monthly update your timesheet and expenses over the internet as often as you choose, no need to keep a written record of your hours.

Submission of timesheets and expenses under the heading of a given contract.

Even once you have submitted your timesheet, you will still be able to view the timesheet in an archive within your account, so you can refresh your memory of what you have submitted and when. By this stage you will not however be able to edit the timesheet or expense details.

Email alerts

For your convenience and to improve communication during the processing period, we will also send you emails at certain intervals to alert you as to where the processing of your timesheet is up to. We feel that this will help to keep you more informed of the progress of your timesheet submission.

Examples of email alerts are:

Welcome email - This goes out after you first register. It will contain your username and password.

Contract approved email - This goes out after your contract has been approved to tell you that you can now fill in a timesheet and expense forms.

Timesheet Invoiced email - This goes out to tell you that your timesheet has been invoiced.

Payment received email - This goes out when we have received payment from the agency/client and we have processed your salary.

Reset password email - This goes out if you click to say that you can not remember your password and so need a new one.

On the secure site you will find helpful hover text which will provide you with hints on how to fill in the online forms. Also there are help screens to assist you.
